Shipping

All articles marked with " Available now " directly in the Offer will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment . Except on weekends and holidays. Article with the heading " Available from ..... " will be send to that date.

In order for us to offer you the best shipping price, the product might be distributed in two or more cartons. Thank you for your understanding.

Special Shipping:

Please let us know a phone number after purchase where you are reachable during the day, for the shipping company. Please understand that it may come delays without this information.

The shipping company will usually call you within 5 business days to inform you about a delievery date, after we have sent out your goods. If not, please contact us. We will be happy to help.

Please inform the shipping company on the phone , if there is limited access to your delivery address only.

The goods are not brought by the carrier to the apartment. Delivery is to the curbside only.

If the goods are unloaded , please take your time in the presence of the driver to inspect the goods for damage and sign the cargo , - transfer papers after the inspection. If you notice damages, please do not sign the cargo,- transfer papers and inform the driver immediately.

In case of damages:

 

 

  • Please ensure that the damages are noted on the cargo,- transfer papers and signed by the driver.
  • Please keep all packaging.
  • Contact us immediately with pictures at: reklamationen@linja24.de
  • We only sell unused, unopened and undamaged items in original retail packaging. We believe if there is any damage, it is due to transport. Even if the package is not damaged.

Package Shipping

Packages are shipped by a carrier of our choice.
The tracking number you receive from us in a separate e -mail after your goods have left our premises . If you know the number was not delivered after 48 hours, please contact us . Our team is happy to help.
