In the sauna, our body is heated by hot air. By sweating a lot in the sauna, the skin is cleansed and harmful substances are excreted through the skin. If you go to the sauna regularly, you strengthen your immune system. In addition, the alternation between warm and cold is good for the body. The alternation of heating and cooling trains our circulation. Several sauna sessions are needed. In a traditional sauna, a temperature of approximately 70°C to 100°C can be reached. The air is intensively heated by the sauna heater. 3 sauna days with rest periods are recommended.

Stove

A basic sauna heater of the upper class.
Harvia Vega is an elegant, user-friendly sauna heater. The stainless steel exterior gives your sauna a modern design. The control switches are ergonomically placed on top, on the side of the heater, for easy operation. The Vega is easy to install. Due to the symmetrical design, no conversion for right- or left-handers is required – it is simply selected. The electrical connections are located on the side of the stove, which simplifies installation. The structure of the Vega makes it possible to mount the heater at a low height on the sauna wall. In this way, the heat can be evenly distributed in the sauna, which also provides sufficient heat to the lower benches.

Wood

• Hemlock wood is the most commonly used wood in sauna and infrared cabin construction. The solid construction ensures an above-average service life. For this reason we only use hemlock wood.

Structure

Click locks have been attached to the cabin for quick and easy assembly. The cabin already consists of prefabricated components that are assembled and connected with the click fasteners.
