The salt sauna: a place for relaxation and a source of vital energy

More and more studies are confirming the health benefits of natural salt. It has a positive effect on the respiratory tract, other organs of the stressed body and many positive properties for health and beauty.

Dermatological studies have found that salt increases the skin's moisture content. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that can help with skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema.

During a sauna session, the salt is activated by the heat and releases ions that are distributed in the air. These ions are not only responsible for the pleasant room climate, but also have therapeutic properties. They can neutralise harmful microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria and strengthen the immune system.

The body is warmed up using infrared heat radiation. 80% of the infrared radiation penetrates deep into the body. Blood circulation is stimulated and the body is purified of toxins. In the infrared cabin, the energy balance can also be increased due to the optimal oxygen situation. Muscle tension can be released (e.g. for regeneration after sport) and joint irritation is alleviated. A session in the infrared cabin lasts approx. 20-30 minutes. This relatively short time is perfectly adequate due to the increased volume of sweat. Due to the gentle temperatures in the infrared cabin, an application is also suitable for senior citizens and children.
