SALTECH salt tablets are produced exclusively with the purest evaporated salt from the mountains of the Salzkammergut - Bad Ischl, Altaussee and Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage region - in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. Production is fully automated in one of the most modern production facilities in Europe.
The SALTECH product portfolio complies with EN 973 TYPE A for the softening of water for human consumption.
Water contains limescale. Daily use in commercial, industrial and domestic settings produces limescale residues that can lead to higher energy and maintenance costs and even cause serious damage.
By using water softening systems, calcium and magnesium are removed from the water using ion exchangers and exchanged for sodium ions - the result is soft water.
SALTECH salt tablets offer the highest level of purity and guarantee an optimal, residue-free dissolving process. Soft water saves energy and installations, machines and household appliances are protected in the long term. This reduces operating costs and significantly increases the service life of the systems.
