Sugar is a food whose nutritional medicine meaning is reviewed by recognized nutritionists and physicians. Neither the health nor the vitamin supply at risk from the usual in Germany sugar consumption. The top American Health Organization classifies sugar as a food safe.
White sugar is made from the anhydrous disaccharide sucrose, which consists of the two simple sugars
(Monosaccharides) fructose (fructose) and dextrose (glucose) is constructed. White sugar still contains traces of other, originating from the raw ingredients that have an impact on its product quality. Through this non-sugar substances it turns faster than refined sugar when exposed to heat and has refined over an altered melting behavior. these differences
between the two varieties to be considered in the application.
White sugar may foam slightly on refined sugar when dissolved in acidic soft drinks and tend to floc formation. As refined sugar is white sugar due to the very low water content properly flowing and storable.

White sugar is particularly suitable for production of the following foods:

- Desserts of all kinds
White sugar, including its packaging / shipping container meets the applicable German, and European provisions of food law, in particular the provisions of the Food, Commodities and Feed Code (Food and Feed Code LFGB) and Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 (EU basic Regulation) and the requirements of Regulation sugars. White sugar meets the requirements of the standard quality of the EU sugar regime (see section 8 "Analytical characteristics").
Recommended storage conditions:
Temperature 20 ± 5 °C relative humidity below 65% (at 20 °C)
